1の文章で分かるように、親指を thumb と呼び、人差し指から順に first, second, third, fourth と呼んでいます。でも、日常会話では、前に述べたように index finger(or forefinger), middle finger, ring finger, little finger(or pinky)と呼ぶ事の方が普通のようです。
